Once you approve the proposal, we schedule a Google Meet video call. This is where you meet Stephen face-to-face for the first time. Deep dive on features, priorities, edge cases, questions — everything that matters for your product. This is the real kickoff.

You get access to your project dashboard on web, iOS, and Android. Real-time build progress — every session, every feature, every update. Chat with Stephen and Theo directly. Request changes on the fly. No black box. You see every hour we put in.
First production

The retainer
